Senior Technician
Job Description
Reeshav Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., an authorised Maruti Suzuki dealership for NEXA and ARENA, is hiring Senior Technicians for its workshop and service department. The selected candidate will be responsible for diagnosing vehicle problems, carrying out repairs and servicing, and guiding junior technicians. The ideal candidate should hold an ITI (Mechanical/Electrical/Diesel) qualification with good technical knowledge and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose vehicle faults and carry out repairs as per company standards.
- Perform periodic servicing, maintenance, and repair of Maruti Suzuki vehicles.
- Guide and support junior technicians in daily workshop activities.
- Ensure quality work and timely completion of assigned jobs.
- Use workshop tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Coordinate with service advisors for job card requirements.
- Follow workshop safety and quality procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the workshop.
Skill & Experience
- ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Diesel trade.
- Good technical knowledge of car mechanisms and repairs.
- Ability to diagnose and solve vehicle problems.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to guide and work with a team.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Responsible, punctual, and quality-focused.
