Career Shakti offers a 1-year Candidate Membership for ₹500. It includes Job Apply Access, ATS-Friendly CV Creation, Profile Visibility, Job Assistance, and Employer Interview Coordination.

Candidates can create their professional profile on Career Shakti. Employers can view candidate profiles, shortlist suitable candidates, and contact them directly for relevant job opportunities and recruitment purposes.

 

An ATS-Friendly CV is a professionally structured resume designed to be easily read and processed by Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) used by employers. Career Shakti will create an ATS-friendly CV based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and other relevant information.

After completing the Candidate Regisration, the candidate may be required to submit the UTR/Transaction Number. The membership will be activated after successful payment verification.

No. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once the payment has been successfully made and/or the membership has been activated, subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions.

For Employers

Career Shakti Employer Membership is a 1-year membership for ₹300 that helps employers post jobs, discover suitable candidates, and manage their recruitment process.

 

Yes. Employers get Candidate Profile Access and can use Advanced Candidate Search to find candidates based on their recruitment requirement

Yes. Employers can review, shortlist, and manage candidates who apply for their posted job opportunities through the Applicant Management feature.

 

After completing the Employer Registration, the employer must submit the UTR/Transaction Number as proof of payment. The Employer Membership will be activated once the payment has been successfully verified.

 
 

No. The Employer Membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable once the payment has been successfully made and/or the membership has been activated. Employers are advised to review the membership plan and features carefully before making payment.
