1. User Registration

Users must provide accurate, complete and genuine information while creating and using their Career Shakti account.

2. Candidate Subscription

Career Shakti offers a 1-Year Candidate Membership of ₹500. The Candidate Membership may include:

  • 25 Job Apply Access
  • ATS-Friendly CV Creation
  • Profile Setup & Visibility
  • Job Assistance
  • Employer Interview Coordination
  • 1 Year Active Membership

3. Employer Subscription

Career Shakti offers a 1-Year Employer Membership of ₹300. The Employer Membership may include:

  • 30 Job Posting Access
  • 30 Candidate Profile Access
  • Advanced Candidate Search
  • Applicant Management
  • Candidate Hiring Support
  • 1 Year Active Membership

4. Payment & Verification

Users may be required to submit their UTR/Transaction Number after payment. Membership access will be activated after successful payment verification.

5. Membership Activation

A membership may remain pending until payment and account details are verified. Career Shakti may request additional information where required.

6. Job Assistance

Career Shakti provides job assistance and career support. Membership does not guarantee employment, placement, interview selection, salary, joining or selection by any particular employer.

7. Job Application Access

The Candidate Membership includes the stated number of job application opportunities according to the selected plan. Job application access does not guarantee that an employer will shortlist, interview or select the candidate.

8. Employer Job Posting

The Employer Plan provides the stated number of job application opportunities. Applying for a job does not guarantee that the employer will shortlist, interview or select the candidate.

9. Candidate Profile & Information

Candidate profiles may be made available to relevant employers for recruitment purposes. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their qualifications, experience, resume and other information.

10. User Responsibilities

Users must:

  • Provide genuine information.
  • Keep account details secure.
  • Use the Platform lawfully.
  • Maintain professional communication.
  • Not submit fake documents or information.
  • Not misuse other users’ information.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use Career Shakti for fake job postings, fraud, scams, spam, harassment, unauthorized access, misleading information or any unlawful activity.

12. Membership Duration

Both Candidate and Employer memberships are valid for 1 year from the date of activation, subject to the features and limits of the selected plan.

13. Fees, Refunds & Cancellation

All membership fees paid to Career Shakti are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a membership payment has been successfully made and/or the membership has been activated, the amount will not be refunded.

14. Account Suspension & Service Disclaimer

Career Shakti may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity or misuse of the Platform. Career Shakti does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not responsible for hiring decisions made by third-party employers.

15. Privacy, Changes & Governing Law

User information will be handled according to Career Shakti’s Privacy Policy. Career Shakti may update these Terms from time to time. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
