Job Description

Reeshav Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., an authorised Maruti Suzuki dealership for NEXA and ARENA, is hiring an Accessories Manager to manage car accessories sales and departmental operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting genuine Maruti Suzuki accessories, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable accessories, managing inventory, and supporting the dealership’s revenue growth. The candidate will also coordinate with the sales team, maintain stock records, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be a graduate or MBA with relevant experience, good communication skills, and knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the car accessories department at the Maruti Suzuki dealership.
• Promote genuine Maruti Suzuki accessories to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car accessories.
• Explain accessory features, benefits, pricing, and installation options.
• Coordinate with the sales team to increase accessories sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of accessories.
• Maintain accurate stock records and sales reports using MS Excel.
• Follow up with customers regarding accessory requirements and installation.
• Ensure proper coordination between the accessories, sales, and service departments.
• Achieve assigned accessories sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.

Skill & Experience

• Graduate or MBA in any discipline.
• Relevant experience in automobile accessories sales or retail management is preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and good command of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of automobile accessories and their applications.
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain stock records.
• Good coordination, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
