Bodyshop Advisor
Job Description
Reeshav Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., an authorised Maruti Suzuki dealership for NEXA and ARENA, is hiring Bodyshop Advisors for its workshop and service department. The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing accident and body repair vehicles, preparing estimates, coordinating with insurance and workshop teams, and keeping customers informed. The ideal candidate should hold a B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) degree or Diploma with good communication skills and technical knowledge
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect vehicles coming for body repair and painting.
- Prepare repair estimates and job cards.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors and customers for claim approvals.
- Coordinate with bodyshop technicians for timely job completion.
- Update customers regularly on repair status and delivery time.
- Explain work done, parts replaced, and charges at delivery.
- Ensure quality checks before vehicle handover.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and meet bodyshop targets.
Skill & Experience
- B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) or Diploma
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of body repair, painting, and insurance claim processes is an advantage.
- Strong customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
