Service Advisor
Job Description
Reeshav Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., an authorised Maruti Suzuki dealership for NEXA and ARENA, is hiring Service Advisors for its workshop and service department. The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving customers, understanding vehicle issues, preparing job cards, and ensuring timely service delivery. The ideal candidate should hold a B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) degree or Diploma with good communication skills and technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive customers and vehicles at the service reception.
- Understand vehicle problems and explain required service or repairs.
- Prepare job cards and service estimates.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians for timely job completion.
- Update customers on service progress and delivery time.
- Explain service charges, parts used, and work done at delivery.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and next service reminders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service targets are met.
Skill & Experience
- B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) or Diploma
- Good communication skills.
- Good technical knowledge of cars.
- Strong customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
